Terms of Service

kliva.run is a trail-race calendar and race-planning tool. We work hard on data quality, but race information (dates, distances, elevation, cut-offs, aid stations, registration) is aggregated from many sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm the details with the official race organiser before you rely on them.

Some features require an account. Keep your login secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You keep ownership of what you upload, such as GPX route files. By uploading it, you grant us the limited licence needed to store and process it so we can provide the service to you (for example, drawing the route, computing a race plan, and syncing it to your watch). You are responsible for having the right to upload it.

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-download, or resell our data or content;
• disrupt, overload, or attempt to break the service or its security;
• use the service to break the law or infringe someone else’s rights;
• upload content you do not have the right to share.

The service links to and embeds third parties — official race pages, sign-in providers, and a Stay22 lodging map. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms.

The kliva.run name, design, and original content are ours or our licensors’. You may use the service for your own trail-running planning, but not copy or reuse its content beyond that without permission.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Race data may be inaccurate, and a race plan is guidance, not a guarantee — you are responsible for your own decisions and safety in the mountains. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service.
